As of March 1, 2023, our graduate student, Dr. Ki-beom Kim (advisor: Seung-young Ahn), has been appointed as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hannam University.

Dr. Ki-beom Kim received a doctorate from KAIST under the theme of MOS capacity modeling of TSV for high-density 3D-IC, and conducted research on TSV’s keep-out zone determination method and TSV’s broadband circuit modeling considering current loops.
