Biography
Dr. Kitae Jang is a Professor of The Cho Chun Shik Graduate School of Mobility at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on transportation energy/environment policy, traffic operations, intelligent transportation system, congesting pricing and transportation for healty/safe communities.
