Professor J. Christian Gerdes from Stanford University gave a lecture on “Racing Towards the Future of Automated Vehicles” in Room 101 of the Creative Learning Center on Friday, July 21.

In this talk, Stanford’s Dynamic Design Lab’s research on self-driving racing cars allowed us to explore the fundamental challenges of racing and how the control system can handle these challenges.
