■ Abstract: A résumé or a curriculum vitae (CV) is required to submit when someone applies for studying or a job overseas. Nevertheless, few programs for students to learn how to write application documents are offered in Korean universities. Therefore, this session will focus on purposes and structure of a CV, and strategies how to build it. In addition, differences between an English CV and a Korean résumé or a cover letter will be discussed. By analyzing given examples, participants will also be able to create a practical sense of writing a CV in an effective way.
