The KAIST Mobility AX Research Institute supported an educational outreach program designed to provide local students with opportunities to experience science and technology and explore future career paths.
Organized by the KAIST Saemaeul Volunteer Group, the program was held for students at Seoya Middle School in Dangjin. The initiative aimed to encourage students’ interest in science and engineering through hands-on learning experiences and career mentoring activities.
During the program, KAIST volunteers conducted Arduino programming activities, science experiments, and career mentoring sessions, allowing students to directly experience scientific concepts and gain insights into university life and future opportunities in science and technology. In addition, the KAIST staff volunteer group “Sunwoohoe” provided scholarships to support students’ educational development.
The KAIST Mobility AX Research Institute will continue to utilize its research and educational capabilities to strengthen collaboration with local communities and support the development of future science and technology talent.
